Ellie Chambers
Ellie graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in English and has been an accomplished grant and technical writer for 10 years. Through her work in philanthropy, she has utilized her writing abilities to affect change for our most vulnerable communities. Ellie is passionate about securing funding for organizations that make an impact and has personally raised over $2,000,000 in her career as a grant specialist. She has experience working with and sitting on non-profit boards and strongly believes in the collaboration between an organization and its grant team. Ellie sees the grant-seeking process as an essential revenue stream for non-profits of all sizes.

Leslie Moorhead
Leslie graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Addiction Studies. She continued her education at Xavier University in Community Counseling and School Counseling. Upon completion of her education, she worked in direct care roles, but in time she transitioned to operation and development management. Leslie is passionate about the non-profit world and enjoys helping organizations find the resources and funding necessary to positively impact the community they serve.

Susan Kinsella
Susan has experience in direct care social services, as well as administrative and organizational development. Susan's fundraising and management skills developed when she was the Director of a homeless shelter in Cincinnati, as the Director of Development at Madonna Manor, and the Development Manager of Grant Funding at the Contemporary Arts Center. She has secured funding for programs throughout Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati as a non-profit consultant and serves as the Executive Director of a nonprofit in Northern Kentucky. Providing support to impactful, mission driven organizations is her passion.

With almost 30 years of experience in non-profit fundraising, Kathy’s specialty is raising money from grants. She has raised grant income for a variety of non-profit organizations, including social services, education, healthcare, environmental and the arts. Kathy brings a wealth of fundraising expertise to help your organization achieve your financial goals.
